- Measure equal parts water and sugar
- Heat the water up to around boiling
- Pour in the sugar
- Stir to dissolve
- Put it in a container to use
- Simple syrup is for bar use. Today I was making emergency Mint Juleps and decided to make simple syrup.
- I also made a totally amazing lemon shake up. Shockingly amazing.
- I now think I am some sort of bar tending genius.
